I am getting a bit fat again, not like last time but a bit too much.
So I have decided to make an effort to lose some weight and as fast as possible without taking risks, of course.
So I will use some verified and tested methods to aid me on my way down.
Are you interested in how I will do it?
Maybe you want to see my preparations?
Maybe even how you can follow my progress down?

Red is such an interesting color to correlate with emotion, because it’s on both ends of the spectrum. On one end you have happiness, falling in love, infatuation with someone, passion, all that. On the other end, you’ve got obsession, jealousy, danger, fear, anger and frustration.
We can all come into the red, as the lady in the pic. But, of course, she chooses a red bikini, hehe. This article is about how people go into the economic definition of being in the red.
I have been there myself, and I want to help you to avoid…
Passion makes idiots of the cleverest men, and makes the biggest idiots clever.
It will keep you energetic and full of joy.
You do things just because you love to do them. Not because you need to do it.
The feeling of committing to something fully hearted is magic.
Your life will become so much easier, and you reach a feeling of fulfillment.
My passion has changed a few times, maybe because I am old but also because of accidents. Not small ones but life-changing ones.

The best part about burning your candle at both ends is that everything is much brighter in the middle.
I am better than most others, but I don’t need to prove it anymore. I know it myself, and that is enough nowadays.
That made my life much more straightforward, and I enjoy it more now than before. I had in my mind that I had to show everyone how good I was.
Maybe it is my increasing age. Perhaps it is the consumption of beers.
I am not a millennial kid, so I don’t need to convince…
Being taken for granted is an unpleasant but sincere form of praise. Ironically, the more reliable you are, and the less you complain, the more likely you are to be taken for granted.
So I made my decision, and that is, to be honest with others. I am very good at holding my side of that promise, but finding someone who does the same back is extremely difficult.
Well, life has never been fair.
So if I see no shared trust, I am history. …
Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something.
It is not clever to always be the one who talks a lot.
Most of the time, it is better to let others do most of the talking.
There is, of course, an advantage to let the other one talk more and make mistakes.
But don’t use it without care.
People that make mistakes do so because they don’t think first.
Do you want to see why I look stupid?
Do you think that I am shy?
Would you be able to…
No matter what, people grow. If you chose not to grow, you’re staying in a small box with a small mindset. People who win go outside of that box. It’s very simple when you look at it.

In the early days of management consultants, we are entering into the businesses. Then, the mindset was to look superior to the customers. But that has changed dramatically.
Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have — life itself.
It happens in particular if the aim for their disrespect goes towards old or disabled persons.
It is actually towards myself!
